When you submit a question, the selected mentors are invited to confirm their availability within two days. If no mentors are pre-selected, the Portal administrator will assign suitable mentors based on the nature of your question. This matching process may take several days. Once the mentors are confirmed, they have up to seven days to provide a response.
When a mentor replies, you will receive a notification email. You can view the response and continue the conversation in the Mentors’ Responses section of the Portal. As notification emails may occasionally be missed, you can also log in and check the Mentors’ Responses if you feel the response is taking longer than expected.
