The Annual General Meeting is the supreme body of ENAI. It will take place on Wednesday, 12th July 2023, at 3:45 PM BST.

The AGM will be held in a hybrid mode. Members and non-members may attend either face-to-face at the ECEIA 2023 Conference venue (School of Human Sciences Auditorium, University of Derby, Kedleston Road, Derby, UK) and also virtually via Microsoft Teams (the link will be provided closer to the date).

We invite the representatives of ENAI member institutions, individual supporters and all other conference participants, who are interested in hearing about the latest ENAI activities, events and projects, and learning about our strategic mission for the next year. The election of the new ENAI Board and Auditing Group will also take place during the AGM.

Preliminary Agenda:

  1. Opening, welcoming and adoption of the agenda
  2. Adoption of the Annual Report for 2022
  3. Discussion of ENAI activities in the past year
  4. Vote on the adoption of the new ENAI Constitution.
  5. Election of the ENAI Bodies (President, Board, Auditing Group)
  6. Adoption of the Budget for 2024, including membership fees and due dates
  7. Information about the current situation in the organisation of conferences and training events
  8. Any other business
