Position: Project Manager (Part-Time, Fully Remote)

Salary expectation: 12-14 EUR/hour
About ENAI:
The European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI) is dedicated to promoting academic integrity in higher education institutions across Europe. We engage in various projects aimed at fostering ethical standards and integrity in academic and research practices.
Job Description:
ENAI is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our research projects, including Erasmus+ FAITH and Erasmus+ ETHICS. This part-time position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ENAI’s research projects and develop project outputs for Erasmus+ FAITH and Erasmus+ ETHICS.
- Oversee administrative staff, including planning, outputs, financials, and reporting.
- Apply for new projects and funding opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship or permission to work in the EU and A1 form: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the EU.
- Proactive approach, responsibility, and self-organization: Must demonstrate a proactive and responsible attitude with excellent self-management skills.
- Master’s degree: A Master’s degree is required.
- Fluency in English: Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Active involvement in activities related to academic integrity: Prior involvement in initiatives or activities promoting academic integrity is essential.
- Proven experience in research project management: Demonstrated experience managing research projects is necessary.
