ENAI Academic Integrity Summer School 2023

Eligibility: Students from the Erasmus+ FAITH project partners may apply. Partners of the Erasmus+ FAITH project are Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Konstanz University, Porto University, University of Maribor, ENAI member institutions, and Slovenian academic institutions.

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 3rd ENAI Academic Integrity Summer School 2023 as a Learning Teaching Training Activity of the Facing Academic Integrity Threats (FAITH) project.
The Summer School will be held in Maribor (Slovenia) from 21st to 25th August 2023. The main topics will be research integrity, data management, academic and research integrity breaches, plagiarism, contract cheating, academic writing, ethical publishing and dissemination, academic integrity policy, and academic Integrity in using AI tools. The Summer School explicitly targets students interested in academic and research integrity and is being organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maribor. All students that complete the 3rd ENAI Academic Integrity Summer School will be provided with a certificate of completion and recommendation letter for the awarding of extra credits towards their academic programme in their home institution.

Registration:
All interested students and participants are requested to fill out the application form. Applications for the 3rd ENAI Academic Integrity Summer School 2023 are open until 31st July 2023. The number of participants is limited to 40. Priority will be given to doctoral candidates. Each submission will be evaluated, and the organizing committee will communicate the result. After the selection process, all applicants will receive information about admission to the course by 2nd August 2023.
Please be aware that for the application, you need to prepare and submit less than a 500-word intention letter which covers a brief introduction of you, your involvement with academic integrity, your motivation to attend summer school, your expectations and anticipated outcomes from summer school, your current studies and future research plans.
