• WE WILL USE THE NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES YOU PROVIDED FOR:
  • contacting you and informing you about the state and result of your application
  • sending you the neccessary information before, during and after the event
  • prepare personalised event-related materials (e.g. an attendance certificate)
• WE NEED YOUR CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
  • We need the names and email to be able to communicate with you about your application and to be able to communicate with you before, during and after the event

YOUR CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA IS VALID ONLY FOR THESE NATURAL AND LEGAL PERSONS

• YOUR APPLICATION INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROCESSED BY:
  • European Network for Academic Integrity, spolek , namely the event organizing committee (names are available at the official page of the event) office manager and executive manager
  • When you submit the application, it is sent by email to the info@academicintegrity.eu and to the event organizing committee
• YOUR REQUEST APPLICATION YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE STORED
  • Only in electronic form in the Google Drive service, the respective files and folders are accessible to the office manager, executive manager, the event organizing committee and the Board

EXPRESSION OR DISCLAIMER OF THE STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

• This consent is informed and voluntary – you do so by filling in the application and by submitting the application by clicking on the “Submit…” button.
• You can disagree with the storage and processing or modification of the stored information by sending a request to the email info@academicintegrity.eu.
• We will store your data in the Google Drive service, but we do not sell or provide the data to any third party.
